  • Cancellations/Rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Cancellations/Rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 100%. Thank you for respecting our schedules.

  • We communicate via email. There is no phone or phone number at any of our locations. You can reply to your confirmation email and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through your confirmation email. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or 24 hours without being charged.

  • No children are permitted in the salon. 

  • Clients are to come to their appointment alone. No kids, spouse, family member or friends may accompany/meet you at the salon. 


  • COLOR CLIENTS: please come with freshly WASHED AND DRY hair. Please wash your hair the day before your color service if you air dry. We can not color wet hair. HAIRCUT CLIENTS: we will wash your hair unless you prefer to be cut dry. If you want a dry cut, please come with your hair washed and dried. Thank you.

  • We appreciate your timeliness, but please do not come to your appointment early unless asked by your stylist.

  • DENVER CLIENTS: Please wait in your car for your stylist to text you when they are ready. The front door will be locked. For safety purposes, please do not congregate at the front door.

  • Upon entering the salon, please wash your hands and head to your stylists chair.
